View Sticker on Redbubble"Festina Lente" (Make Haste Slowly) — an ancient Latin adage embracing the wisdom of balancing speed with patience, diligence with deliberation. This vintage-inspired illustration features a dapper Victorian gentleman hare standing proudly atop a giant garden snail shell, resting on his walking stick while displaying the Latin motto on a ribbon banner. Designed in a timeless copperplate woodcut and cross-hatch etching style. A thoughtful piece for lovers of Stoic philosophy, dark academia, classic literature, history enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates charming, antique animal oddities. That idea carries through to the sticker version.
If you came here looking for vintage engraving artwork specifically, this design leans into that theme.
A few practical details about the sticker: Matte and glossy finishes are offered on most sizes, so you can pick how much shine you want. Each sticker is kiss-cut from removable vinyl, so it peels off cleanly when you want to move it.
Why it works for laptops: Because the vinyl is removable, it will not trap you if you sell or trade in the laptop later. A laptop lid is one of the best places for a sticker: it is flat, smooth, and visible every time you open it in a cafe, class, or meeting. Smaller sizes leave room to build a collection around it, while a larger size can carry a whole lid on its own.
For a 13–14 inch laptop, a medium sticker is a good centerpiece; small sizes work well if you plan to add more stickers around it.
Several sizes are listed on the Redbubble product page, from small accents to larger sizes. Pick the size on Redbubble before adding it to your cart.
Redbubble stickers use removable vinyl, so on smooth surfaces they usually peel off cleanly. Very old stickers or textured surfaces can be more stubborn.
